By using Shards, inviting the bot to a server, or accessing the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms of Service govern use of the Shards Discord bot, dashboard, website, and related services.

You must be allowed to use Discord and must follow Discord's terms, community guidelines, and applicable rules for bots, servers, and developer applications.
If you use Shards on behalf of a server, team, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Shards is provided to help server owners and moderators run game systems, economy features, automation, and related server management tools.
Shards may offer optional paid tiers, currently including Luxury and Luxury+. Luxury generally unlocks additional gameplay, configuration, and higher-limit features. Luxury+ is a higher tier that may include additional premium tools, such as custom bot options, advanced branding, priority support, or early access when offered.
Premium features, limits, names, included perks, availability, and eligibility requirements may change over time. A feature being listed in a tier does not guarantee uninterrupted availability in every region, guild, account, or Discord surface.
Purchases, recurring billing, renewals, cancellation, account credits, and payment processing for Discord-based premium access are handled through Discord and its payment partners, not directly by Shards. If you purchase a recurring subscription through Discord, you authorize Discord to charge you on the applicable renewal schedule until you cancel through Discord's available cancellation flow.
Your purchase and use of premium offerings may also be subject to Discord's applicable purchase, monetization, billing, and platform terms and policies.
Premium access may come from direct purchase, gifts, promotions, trial access, or manually granted entitlements. Gifted or promotional access has no cash value except where required by law and may be limited to the entitled Discord account, guild, or other Discord context.
Luxury and Luxury+ features remain available only while the relevant entitlement is active, valid, and successfully synced. Access may end or be limited if a subscription expires, is canceled, is refunded, is reversed, payment fails, Discord revokes the entitlement, a gift is withdrawn or invalidated, or entitlement sync is temporarily unavailable.
When premium access ends, Shards may downgrade the affected account or server to the free tier, enforce lower usage limits, stop premium-only actions, remove premium-linked role sync, and restrict access to premium-only settings or tools. We may preserve premium-related configuration or records for restoration, support, auditing, security, or compliance.
Cancellation timing, renewal timing, refund eligibility, and billing dispute handling are governed by Discord's purchase flows, Discord's policies, and applicable law.
Because Discord handles billing for Discord-based subscriptions, Shards may not be able to directly cancel a Discord subscription or issue a refund outside Discord's systems.
Any in-bot currency, inventory, titles, territory state, rewards, or other gameplay data are virtual service features only. They have no cash value, are not property, are not redeemable for money, and may be modified, reset, or removed as part of operating the service.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for deciding who can access the dashboard, what settings are enabled, and whether the bot is appropriate for their community.
If you publish presets publicly, you are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure you have the right to share it.
Shards may change over time. Features may be added, removed, limited, renamed, or interrupted without notice. We may suspend or stop part of the service if needed for maintenance, security, moderation, or technical reasons.
We may restrict or terminate access to the bot, dashboard, or related services if we believe use is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, harmful to infrastructure, or in violation of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server and discontinuing dashboard use.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shards and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or server activity arising from use of the service.
Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used.
